Miami FC Strengthens Infrastructure with vivenu Partnership

Düsseldorf / Miami, February 27, 2026 – Miami FC is taking full ownership of its ticketing operations by partnering with vivenu.

The decision comes as Miami FC prepares for its long-term move into the Sports Performance Hub, scheduled to open Phase 1 in 2027. The 10,000-seat venue is designed as a multi-purpose destination for South Florida, capable of hosting everything from professional matches to concerts and large-scale community events. To support that vision, the club required a platform flexible enough to manage multiple event formats, complex seating configurations, and varying audience structures across different event types.

Beyond event versatility, Miami FC prioritized a technology environment built around connectivity and ownership. By centering its ticketing infrastructure on vivenu, the club can integrate tools such as Mailchimp, Shopify, and ActiveCampaign while continuing to expand its digital ecosystem, including plans for a new mobile application. This modular setup ensures the organization can evolve its tech stack without limitations, maintaining full control over data, workflows, and fan relationships.

Operational flexibility also played a key role in the decision. Miami FC leverages vivenu’s native seat map engine to manage multiple manifests with precision, while features such as segmented offers allow the club to quickly launch tailored campaigns for specific fan groups and community initiatives.

“We are excited to provide Miami FC with the tools to operate with full independence and flexibility,” said Simon Weber, co-founder of vivenu. “Their vision for the Sports Performance Hub requires infrastructure that scales with their ambitions. It’s about giving the club complete control over their data, their brand, and the experiences they create for their fans.”

“As we prepare to build a new vision and future for our community and fans, it was imperative that we found a partner whose platforms and solutions are built on innovation and providing a full, data-driven fan experience,” said Nathan Krum, Head of Marketing & Sales at Miami FC. “vivenu was the clear leader in every category we identified to make the Miami FC experience much more than a transaction. We are excited to be working with their team to build upon that vision.”

As Miami FC enters this next phase, the club’s focus remains clear: strengthening direct relationships with supporters while building a future-ready digital foundation. The partnership reflects a broader shift across modern sports organizations, where ticketing is no longer treated as a transactional system but as a core strategic asset.
