1. Event Overview
The vivenu Recruitment Dinner (“Event”) is an invitation-only networking and recruiting event organized by vivenu GmbH (“vivenu”) and held in Maastricht, Netherlands. By confirming participation, attendees agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility
Participation is limited to individuals who have received a direct invitation from vivenu or its representatives. vivenu reserves the right to approve or deny participation at its discretion.
3. Attendance and Conduct
Participants are expected to act respectfully toward all attendees and staff. vivenu reserves the right to deny entry or remove any participant whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
4. Costs
Attendance is free of charge unless otherwise specified in writing. Travel or accommodation costs are the responsibility of the participant.
5. Photography and Media Consent
By attending, participants grant vivenu the right to capture photos, videos, or other media during the event and to use such materials for recruitment, marketing, or communication purposes without additional consent or compensation.
6. Data Protection

7. Cancellation

vivenu accepts no liability for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property incurred during attendance, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
