vivenu Recruitment Dinner – Terms & Conditions

The vivenu Recruitment Dinner (“Event”) is an invitation-only networking and recruiting event organized by vivenu GmbH (“vivenu”) and held in Maastricht, Netherlands. By confirming participation, attendees agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Participation is limited to individuals who have received a direct invitation from vivenu or its representatives. vivenu reserves the right to approve or deny participation at its discretion.

Participants are expected to act respectfully toward all attendees and staff. vivenu reserves the right to deny entry or remove any participant whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.

Attendance is free of charge unless otherwise specified in writing. Travel or accommodation costs are the responsibility of the participant.

By attending, participants grant vivenu the right to capture photos, videos, or other media during the event and to use such materials for recruitment, marketing, or communication purposes without additional consent or compensation.

Personal data collected for registration and participation will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and vivenu’s Privacy Policy

. Data may be used for event organization and future recruitment communication.

vivenu reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event at any time. Participants may withdraw their participation by notifying vivenu in advance via the contact provided in their invitation.

vivenu accepts no liability for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property incurred during attendance, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

vivenu Recruitment Dinner – Privacy Statement

The Recruitment Dinner (“Event”) is organized by vivenu GmbH (“vivenu”), Parsevalstraße 7a, 40468 Düsseldorf, Germany. vivenu acts as the controller of all personal data collected in connection with this event.

When registering for or attending the Event, vivenu may collect and process the following information:

Full name and contact details (email address, phone number)

Professional information (role, company, LinkedIn profile)

Dietary preferences or accessibility needs (optional)

Facilitate networking and recruitment activities

Capture and share impressions from the Event on vivenu’s digital channels (website, social media, etc.)

Personal data will be retained only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined above and in accordance with vivenu’s internal data retention policy. Media content used for public relations may remain published unless removal is requested.

vivenu may share participant data with service providers directly involved in organizing the event (e.g., venue, catering) under strict confidentiality obligations. Data will not be sold or shared with third parties for unrelated purposes.
